Their training is thorough, and covers technical, legal and regulatory aspects. Furthermore, particular attention is paid to the correct management of the relationship with debtors.

Moreover, our collaborators must spend an adequate period of time «on field», supported by qualified staff: after completing this cycle, operators will be ready to work autonomously and manage their relationship with debtors.
